More for spring 2009.

Viktor and Rolf only used one model... How murderous is that! (Shalom Harlow)

As spring comes close in retail stores, they promise a very bright and fun future.

I mean that literally. In the children clothing store I'm in, girls clothing are having a pastel pallet of bright green, yellow, and (ugh) pink with matching pants.

Same pastel colours are coming in for boys, but darker and less bright.

Mood is very optimistic and fun.

It's very easy to still use your fall items this summer. Just trim down the volume and pair them with soft fabrics and bright splashes of colour here and there.

On another side of news, I may be going back to school again not as a BS Psychology student, but as a Fashion student. I just enrolled myself (with the help of a overzealous counselor or whatever she's called.) I may be expecting a call from people that will help me along the way of my admission. Don;t get me wrong, I love being a Psychology student and I will pursue that, but I don't want to tell my plans that publicly.

In another unrelated story. Prada's SS09 collection is the blast, but people are not flocking to youtube to see that, let this video explain.

Katie Fogarty is the featured model and it's all because of the socks. Prada show.

So sad.

Dior Homme SS09> Loud yet manly. Skinny yet muscular.

Part 2

1 Rants:

the monochromator said...

I lurve it when you talk fashion.
You'd do very well as a student of it so I'm thinking: Yeah!

Thanks for these vids. Prada thingie is a sad case, yes. Tisk tisk.

And slurp to skinny male models with good muscles.

I never liked Viktor & Rolf's line of fragrance. But yes, you weren't talking about that.

And yuck to so much pastel for next season. I still believe in nudes and monochrome. The only colorful shade I'd recognize by then is that of faded blue denim ;p

Okay, so this should make up for my long-time-no-rant for yah.

Later, beyoch ;)
